Shipping:
Items,upon their completion, usually will be shipped to you through the U.S. Postal Service insured. If you reside within short driving distance you can avoid shipping charges by picking up the item personally.
Confirmation of shipment will be sent to you via e-mail.

Your Satisfaction:
Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return any undamanged item within 14 days for a prompt refund in exchanged for the returned item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Policy:
Prior to return of an item you will need to recieve preauthorization from us stating the reason for the return. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Please do so within seven days of receipt of item.

Returned item will be carefully repacked in it's original shipping container, insured for the value of the item and returned at your expense.

In case of recieving an item in damaged condition please advise us immediately and then follow the above return policy instructions.
