TRADOC seal in the upper left, US Army symbol in the center with engraved brass plaque below stating "Fortress Monroe. Manned - 1609. Built - 1823." Fort Monroe outline is reduced to scale. Ample room is allowed on the bottom of the plaque for personalized plaque.
